Rejoice to sing for Him

She will not be moved, she will not be moved
She has the One who loves her
The One risen
Who died on the cross for her
She will not rest for Zion's sake, until righteousness reigns
And when she heard that day she knew:
Sing, Zion!
Freedom came better than clay
Clay so hollow and deceitful
I will rise
out of this divine discontent
Our glory is the next life not this
Contend? But my life is only as a moth-eaten rag
compared to the glory and light of the King
coming to reign!
In the upcoming battle, I shall sing
And there will be rejoicing with the redeemed.
Open arms
I will rest until I see my bridegroom Jesus Christ eternally.

Leann Rimes - The Rose Lyrics

Some say love, it is a river
That drowns the tender reed
Some say love, it is a razor
That leaves your soul to bleed
Some say love, it is a hunger
An endless, aching need
I say love, it is a flower
And you it's only seed
It's the heart afraid of breaking
That never learns to dance
Its the dream afraid of waking
That never takes the chance
It's the one who won't be taken,
That cannot seem to give
And the soul afraid of dying
That never learns to live
when the night has been too lonely
And the road has been too long
And you think that love is only
For the lucky and the strong
Just remember in the winter
Far beneath the bitter snow
Lies the seed that with the sun's love,
In the spring, becomes a rose.

Sinead O'Connor - Dark Am I Yet Lovely (live)

I have a dream of vocalising Song of Solomon. This was before I came back from IHOP. I was just surfing youtube and was excited to see this from Sinead O Conner. I had no idea she's Christian?!?

Do not despise the day of small beginnings!!

Happy New Year to myself and just in case anyone is reading this blog! IHOP was awesome. I arrived back home on the 2nd, with a changed heart. I know His love for me as a reality, like never before. I can't wait to fulfill my duty and calling before Jesus comes back. That's right, I received my calling in music ministry full-time. I just need time to develop it and grow into the person God wants me to be. I finished paying tuition for the next quarter at a local community college. Starting Monday, I will be taking music classes full-time. This is my courseload:
-Folk Guitar I
-Piano I
-Voice I
-Music Fundamentals
-Gospel Chorus

It's a really exciting transition-not one most desire but my feet and heart are in harmony. Very happy~!
